Hell No! If you get a ticket as an Uber Las Vegas driver then you have to pay it! If you try to wait in a taxi line and get fined, then you have to pay the fine. If your car gets towed while you are out with the app running then you are on your own for breaking the law and you have to pay out of your own pocket. Uber was paying for driver’s citations and tows at first in Vegas in fall 2014 when there were still a lot of regulatory issues. Uber has had to do that in other cities as well when they were starting in a new area, but they are not anymore now that kinks are worked out.
