For those of you moving to Las Vegas here are 5 tips to help you in finding the best moving company for you:

1. See how long the company has been in business-longevity in a business does definitely carry a certain amount of weight. A company that has been in business a long time usually does not do it by accident. It happens because they have a solid system in place and built a good reputation.

2. Check their online reviews-the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Google reviews, specific moving sites, etc. are all good places to look at reviews for potential movers you may want to hire.

3. Get multiple estimates-you want to shop around so you can get a gauge of how much you may end up spending. Just be sure to remember that the cheapest option may very well not be the best option.

4. Be specific about what their rates include. You want to know if gas is included in the rates. You want to know if certain days of week or seasons of the year are cheaper than others. The last thing you want is to be surprised with any additional and unknown charges. Make it VERY CLEAR that you want to know everything that is included in the rates.
