Checking out Modest Brewing Company in Las Vegas for Episode 3 of Sajor Eats Vegas — and I may have found one of my new favorite breweries in the city. ????

The space is huge, there’s a beautiful outdoor patio, plenty of room for groups, board games to grab while you hang out, and you can actually see the brewing equipment in the back while they work.

There were 16 beers on draft during our visit, so I did the responsible thing and tried eight of them across two tasting flights.

Some of my standouts were On the Ball, Strawberry Porter, Dream Within a Cream, Waffles, and the American Apple Cider. What impressed me most was how unique the beers were without being overpowering — balanced, subtle, flavorful, and extremely easy to drink.

The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was exactly what I want from a neighborhood brewery. I was hanging out with my friend Melissa, trying beers, talking, and somehow watching Masters of the Universe on one TV while Bob Ross was painting on another.

Honestly…perfect brewery energy.

They’ve also got food available, although I didn’t get a chance to try it this visit. Looks like I already have an excuse to come back — which won’t be difficult considering I liked the place enough to buy a hat before I left.

If you’re looking for craft beer, breweries, bars, and local places to hang out in Las Vegas, Modest Brewing Company is definitely worth checking out.
