The Henderson NV Real Estate market followed a very similar path to the Las Vegas real estate market when the economy went downhill and the real estate market crashed. Henderson NV had plenty of home foreclosures, houses that were stopped in the middle of construction, and new homes in master planned communities that were left completely abandoned. Many jobs were lost, unemployment went way up and the local economy suffered greatly.
