Jardin, the bright, airy, gardenlike spot for breakfast, lunch and brunch in Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, has closed after almost 10 years.
In a statement for Neon, a spokesperson for Wynn said the property was developing an American restaurant to replace Jardin, one that will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. Jardin, notably, did not serve dinner.
The restaurant opened in December 2016 in the space previously occupied by Botero. A recent menu featured sticky buns, chocolate chip red velvet pancakes, shakshuka, braised lamb hash, wagyu flat-iron steak and eggs, a Jardin breakfast burger, a spicy Korean chicken sandwich and a shaved prime rib melt.
In recent years, Jardin had been used in the evenings to host an Asia-Pacific pop-up and a Mediterranean and Middle Eastern pop-up.
The spokesperson said the property hoped to announce the name and opening date of the new restaurant soon.
