After several other failed attempts, we finally scored one of the hardest dinner reservations to get on the Las Vegas Strip and were able to experience a showstopping meal at Carbone!

This ultra-popular, retro-glam Italian-American hotspot located inside the luxurious Aria Resort & Casino was brought to Sin City by way of New York in 2015. Carbone is lauded by many as the BEST Italian-American restaurant in Las Vegas and its original Greenwich Village location in Manhattan is a well known celebrity hot spot with just as high of a demand.

But with all the hype (and the price tag), one big question remains — is it really worth it?
