I was invited to the friends and family preview of Carbone Riviera at Bellagio officially open 11/7. I expected it to be good, I did not anticipate it being so extraordinarily beautiful. This is one of those crown jewel Las Vegas dining experiences that can’t be replicated anywhere else. It’s a total package of awe, romance, delicious Italian food, the dancing show of the fountains, world class service & classic grandeur.
