According to the Department of Justice, former Las Vegas strip club owner Frederick John Rizzolo admitted more than $1.7 million in employment taxes were owed. Prosecutors said he later transferred approximately $900,000 into a Cook Islands trust and took additional steps intended to prevent the IRS from collecting.
