This is a topic about living in Las Vegas that is going to be very important for those of you with children and a family. When moving to Las Vegas it is important to look at what Las Vegas neighborhoods to avoid and what are good neighborhoods to live in. Trying to narrow things down to the best Las Vegas neighborhood for families can be a bit difficult because there are more than a few good neighborhoods in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson that are great for raising children. In this video I list several good neighborhoods from around Clark County. The communities in these areas are all pretty good options to live in that are safe with low crime. Many of the communities do offer local events for their residents that are very family friendly and have all kinds of kids activities available. Some examples of family fun events that small communities in the Vegas metro will do are movie nights, concerts, holiday celebrations and sports activities in local parks.
If you are moving to Las Vegas with a family then these are some of the neighborhoods that you may want to look into as an option to live with your family.
Henderson, NV: Green Valley North, Green Valley South, Inspirada, Cadence, Seven Hills, Anthem
Las Vegas: Silverado Ranch, Southern Highlands, Blue Diamond Road area, Mountain's Edge, Summerlin, Lone Mountain Road area, Northwest, Providence
North Las Vegas: Aliante, Nellis Air Force Base area has a lot of military families, Sunrise Manor has some newer homes
These are just some of the parts of town that I suggest looking into if you are moving to Las Vegas with kids and have some concerns about raising a family in Las Vegas. There are more than enough good places that are suitable for living in Las Vegas with a family.
