Nevada expected to add 485,000 people by 2033, mostly in Clark County

For those of you that are going to be finishing your degree at a university, you may want to take a look at living in Las Vegas. When people think of Las Vegas, of course they think of the strip. They usually don’t realize all of the growth that this area has experienced in recent years and how much opportunity that will bring to Southern Nevada. Clark County has seen a serious growth in its population in the last couple decades. Las Vegas was one of the fastest growing cities in America during the real estate boom.

The growth is expected to continue for years to come in this area. The state of Nevada is expected to add almost 500,000 more residents by the year 2033. The majority of those people are going to be living in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas or in Henderson. For anyone that is going to be graduating from college soon, that means that you have a major opportunity in front of you. You have a chance to move to the Las Vegas area and establish yourself while this state is rapidly growing. That means that we will need more jobs and job creators in all kinds of industries. Of course there will always be a demand for people to work in tourism and hospitality type of jobs. However, Las Vegas will also need people to work in the tech sector, education, law, retail, sales, construction, security, real estate, non-profit, government jobs, financial services, health and fitness, and so many other areas as well. This area is going to need more of everything. If you are an entrepreneur, and want to create a business then you will happy to know that Nevada is considered to be a business friendly state. Southern Nevada is a great place to be a business owner. You have the chance to create a lot of jobs for people living in the area, and for new people that are going to be moving to Clark County. We have no state income tax in Nevada, and the cost of living in Las Vegas is known for being cheap. You really can build a lot of wealth and a great future if you decide to move to Las Vegas and really become a contributing member of the community.
