When a lot of people think about Las Vegas weather they think of the heat. Most people know that Las Vegas has hot weather. We are living in the desert after all. Is the heat really that bad when you are living in Las Vegas? I do not think that the heat is too much of an issue when you are living in Las Vegas. A lot of it depends on your perception. If you are from the northwest part of the country, where you are not very familiar with seeing the sun and having a lot of warm weather, then the heat might seem really, really harsh. However, I grow up and a hot area of California so to me that heat does not feel that bad. It is just something that you deal with when it arrives.

Yes, we do have a lot of days with the weather will be over 100 degrees. It will be 100 degrees during the daytime and it will still be in the nineties during the night time. However, it is a very dry heat. Once you are out of the heat in the shade or jump in a pool you are just fine. It is not nearly as bad as being in hot and humid weather at the same time. Even with a hot weather in the summertime I still love Las Vegas weather overall. Dealing with the heat for about two months out of the year is not nearly enough to convince me to be living somewhere else. I will take Las Vegas weather over a lot of other places.
