In this Las Vegas Heat special edition, an officer on patrol spots a man groping an attractive, intoxicated tourist on The Strip and stops to check her welfare before things can escalate. A couple in the midst of a breakup draws the attention of officers. When drugs are found in the car, the tearful male admits to sabotaging his own happiness. Homicide detectives investigate a shooting at an off-strip motel and interview one frightened witness who heard the shots and saw the killer in the act.
