This is a story of how I was able to get out of a traffic ticket back in California. I wasn't speeding or driving recklessly, but the ticket was for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign.

I asked another police officer what he thought I could do to try to get out of the ticket. After trying his method, I went to court for my date in front of the judge. I didn't even have to say anything to get my ticket dismissed because the cop never showed up to the court date. I was able to avoid getting a moving violation, a point of my driving record and not get any points on my insurance that would cause my rate to go up!
