We visited five Italian restaurants in Las Vegas and asked each one to serve us the dishes they believe best represent their kitchen.

From old-school red sauce classics to handmade pasta, neighborhood favorites, fine dining, and one modern Italian steakhouse, this turned into one of the closest food competitions we’ve ever done.

Each restaurant sent one dish to the finals.

Then it came time to choose the winner.

So which Italian dish took home the title?
