Hotel check in wait times are out of control in Las Vegas, especially at Caesars owned resorts like Horseshoe, Paris, Planet Hollywood and others. Its no secret that these videos put me at odds with the two major corporations who own the majority of the resort hotels on the boulevard but the only way we can improve the Vegas vacation and tourism experience is by talking about current events. This is the first impression so many of our visitors have when stepping off the plane and no one wants to spend their first night in Vegas waiting. While this isn’t always the experience you’ll walk into, it’s happening with more and more frequency. This is not the fault of hotel employees who are working with short staffs, but it is the responsibility of the businesses we spend our money with to create a better experience. Choose to book with properties who prioritize your vacation experience and those who utilize staff and technology to respect your time.
