As we head into the year 2022, there is one thing that seems to be clear: the labor shortage will likely come with us. There is no shortage of jobs in Las Vegas as countless help-wanted signs at businesses are posted across Southern Nevada. The abundance of job openings doesn't provide a sense of urgency for those content to sit on the sidelines. Moreover, the COVID-19 pandemic gave rise to more employers allowing staff to work from home, and Las Vegas is considered to be one of the best work-from-home cities in the country. Many people living in Las Vegas have become proficient at it and learned to appreciate the cost benefits of self-employment.

Therefore, getting hired could be one less problem to worry about for those looking to move to Las Vegas. Movers can quickly snatch a vacant position at one of the many restaurants, food chains, grocery stores, small businesses, convenience stores, or the hotel and casinos on the Strip, all which are establishments with staffing managers desperately needing to hire. Some companies are even willing to offer hiring bonuses and other incentives to get more people on board.
