An Old Fashioned, some red lipstick and a black dress…sigh, there’s just something undeniable about a good ol’ classic. The beloved Vegas showgirl may be an endangered species these days (insert tear), but “VEGAS! THE SHOW” preserved those feather-clad beauties and the likes of an era when everything was flashier and dripping with sophistication. What’s that you ask? Can a show filled with gorgeous and talented women a la Rat Pack era really exist in the here and now? Oh yes my friend, it sure can and all we have to say is raise that curtain and let the good times roll. With a little song, a lot of dance and that certain sultry allure that only old timey Vegas could pull off, this is a trip down memory lane and, well, it’s pretty legit. The costumes are fun, funky, sexy and so real. Ok, well maybe not the candy-themed costumes but hell, their Sammy Davis Jr. sure had us pining for an autograph. For a city that was built on pure, raw talent and obviously dolla dolla bills, this show celebrates iconic moments from the city's rich entertainment history through the decades that made the Vegas we know and love today. And we’ll tip our top hats to that.

Fans wear white (often with a touch of blue) because the Backstreet Boys specifically asked them to for their “Into the Millennium” residency at Sphere in Las Vegas.

This celebrates the 25th anniversary of their 1999 album Millennium (and the related tour). The album cover shows the five members in all-white outfits (including shoes), and the request also nods to the iconic white looks in the “I Want It That Way” video and the overall Millennium-era aesthetic. The band promoted it directly (including in social media posts and interviews), encouraging a full “white out” to fill the venue and create a unified, nostalgic visual effect. Fans have enthusiastically followed, turning the crowd into a sea of white with ’90s accessories like butterfly clips, chokers, and blue accents.

They end up at (or around) The Venetian because the shows are at Sphere at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. The Sphere is connected to The Venetian (and Palazzo) by a pedestrian bridge, making it the most convenient base. The resort hosts the official Backstreet Boys Terminal (a free immersive pop-up/gift shop experience with photo ops, memorabilia, and member-themed rooms), plus the official after-party at Voltaire (a club inside the property) where fans can sometimes meet the band. Official hotel + ticket packages often include stays at The Venetian, so large groups of white-clad fans naturally congregate in the lobbies, casino areas, and walkways there before and after shows.

In short: the white is an intentional, band-requested theme for the Millennium nostalgia shows, and the Venetian concentration comes from the venue’s location and the resort’s role as the official hub for fans.
