An Old Fashioned, some red lipstick and a black dress…sigh, there’s just something undeniable about a good ol’ classic. The beloved Vegas showgirl may be an endangered species these days (insert tear), but “VEGAS! THE SHOW” preserved those feather-clad beauties and the likes of an era when everything was flashier and dripping with sophistication. What’s that you ask? Can a show filled with gorgeous and talented women a la Rat Pack era really exist in the here and now? Oh yes my friend, it sure can and all we have to say is raise that curtain and let the good times roll. With a little song, a lot of dance and that certain sultry allure that only old timey Vegas could pull off, this is a trip down memory lane and, well, it’s pretty legit. The costumes are fun, funky, sexy and so real. Ok, well maybe not the candy-themed costumes but hell, their Sammy Davis Jr. sure had us pining for an autograph. For a city that was built on pure, raw talent and obviously dolla dolla bills, this show celebrates iconic moments from the city's rich entertainment history through the decades that made the Vegas we know and love today. And we’ll tip our top hats to that.

We stayed in the NICEST Las Vegas hotel room we’ve ever had — the ARIA Sky Suites One-Bedroom Penthouse at ARIA Resort & Casino — and this place absolutely blew us away. Day 5 of our latest Las Vegas Vlog starts with a mid-trip hotel switch from Fontainebleau Las Vegas to ARIA, where we walk into a massive Sky Suites penthouse with floor-to-ceiling Strip views, a full living room, kitchenette and dining area, huge bedroom, steam shower, oversized soaker tub, walk-in closet and more.

After somehow picking our jaws up off the floor, we head back to Planet Hollywood Las Vegas to meet up once again with our friends from @vegaslegacy.

While the girls head off for massages, the boys get the afternoon started at Fuel Bar before the whole group meets up with Mark and Liz from @Pennys4Vegas for dinner at Nacho Daddy on the Las Vegas Strip.

From there, it’s time to head south.

We make our way to Mandalay Bay Las Vegas where Chris and Alex from @thevegasdawgs join us for a South Strip Royal Crawl — five bars, one drink at each stop, and increasingly questionable decisions along the way. ????

The final stop is PLAY Playground inside Luxor Las Vegas, where we very quickly discover that maybe — just maybe — we are not quite as young as we think we are.

Let’s just say everyone left PLAY smiling… but also a little stiff, sore and beat up.

And because one full day in Las Vegas apparently wasn’t enough, we make our way back to center Strip for some late-night food at one of our favourite spots — The Henry inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas — before finally calling it a night.

From one of the most luxurious rooms we’ve ever stayed in to a full-on South Strip bar crawl, this might be one of the most packed days of the entire trip.
