We went to the GRAND OPENING of a brand-new Endless Brunch on the Las Vegas Strip, and this may be one of the strongest new examples yet of where AYCE in Vegas is headed.

This is not the old buffet-line model. Everything is made fresh, served to your table, and built around a more refined version of abundance. And honestly, when this style is done right, it's a major improvement.
