Gymkhana is one of the only two Michelin-starred Indian restaurants in the world, and it just opened in Las Vegas. When it opened in December, it also became the first Indian restaurant in a resort on the Vegas Strip. If the Las Vegas location gets two stars when Michelin visits the city in August, it would be the highest-rated Indian restaurant in the country.
