A new grand opening just landed in Las Vegas’ growing 2nd Chinatown, and this one is built around serious Chinese BBQ, roasted meats, Cantonese-style cooking, and a menu with a lot more range than we expected.

We’re checking out a brand-new Chinese restaurant serving char siu, roast duck, crispy noodles, salt and pepper shrimp, wonton noodle soup, sizzling black pepper beef, and more.

I’m a chef and former restaurant owner, and on Let’s Eat Vegas, we look for the Good, the Bad, and the Delicious across Las Vegas restaurants.
