One of the realities of traveling to Las Vegas for a vacation is that there are what seems to be a huge amount of fees that you will encounter. Fees for your hotel resort, for renting a car, additional taxes, surge pricing for snack foods at stores. There is a fee though that does not get as much attention that is taking place at some restaurants on the strip. There is a Concessions and Franchise (CNF) Fee at some restaurants and others have a Restaurant Regulation Fee (RRF). Both of these fees are added to the amount of your check, but no one can seem to point out what value these fees offer to customers.
