Today we're staying at the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas. This is a non-smoking property with no casino that is just off the strip. It's a smaller hotel compared to many others in Vegas, but is known for its luxury. It operates as a hotel, condotel with owner occupied units that investors can rent out, and they also have timeshare units for sale.
