THE Steak House at Circus Circus has been serving steaks on the Las Vegas Strip since 1982, making it one of Vegas' longest-running and most underrated steakhouse.
From the Parmesan-crusted steak to the crab cakes, every dish exceeded my expectations. We also finished with crème brûlée and cheesecake, making for an incredible meal from start to finish.
