I've had all the Peking Ducks in Vegas multiple times and Mott 32's amazing signature Apple Wood Roasted 42-Day Peking Duck for $138 is my favorite!

You have to reserve the duck at least 24 to 48 hours before your dinner. Honestly, since they only make around 50 per day, you should book it the second you make your table reservation.
