An Old Fashioned, some red lipstick and a black dress…sigh, there’s just something undeniable about a good ol’ classic. The beloved Vegas showgirl may be an endangered species these days (insert tear), but “VEGAS! THE SHOW” preserved those feather-clad beauties and the likes of an era when everything was flashier and dripping with sophistication. What’s that you ask? Can a show filled with gorgeous and talented women a la Rat Pack era really exist in the here and now? Oh yes my friend, it sure can and all we have to say is raise that curtain and let the good times roll. With a little song, a lot of dance and that certain sultry allure that only old timey Vegas could pull off, this is a trip down memory lane and, well, it’s pretty legit. The costumes are fun, funky, sexy and so real. Ok, well maybe not the candy-themed costumes but hell, their Sammy Davis Jr. sure had us pining for an autograph. For a city that was built on pure, raw talent and obviously dolla dolla bills, this show celebrates iconic moments from the city's rich entertainment history through the decades that made the Vegas we know and love today. And we’ll tip our top hats to that.

We start our day at Resorts World Las Vegas, one of the newest major resorts on the Las Vegas Strip and a destination that combines luxury hotels, dining, entertainment, nightlife, shopping, art, and plenty to explore under one roof. With three distinct hotel experiences: Hilton, Conrad Las Vegas, and Crockfords, Resorts World offers everything from casual food and street eats to upscale dining and high-end travel experiences.

Then it is time for the main event: a Las Vegas food tour through Famous Foods Street Eats. This vibrant food hall brings together an international collection of restaurants and food concepts, making it an ideal stop for anyone looking to experience a wide variety of flavors without leaving the resort. From Asian-inspired dishes and ramen to tacos, dumplings, noodles, hot chicken, fish and chips, sushi, desserts, and more, there is a lot to discover.

After a full day of checking out new food at Resorts World Food Hall, we go looking for one of the property's more mysterious experiences: Here Kitty Kitty. Hidden inside Famous Foods, this Las Vegas speakeasy style bar combines a laid back atmosphere with an expertly crafted cocktail program inspired by the Prohibition Era and given a Singaporean twist. Finding the entrance is part of the fun, and stepping inside provides a completely different atmosphere from the bustling food hall outside.

But our Resorts World Las Vegas adventure does not end there. We head around the resort to check out some of the cool artwork hidden throughout the property. Resorts World has an extensive art program featuring contemporary, modern, historical, local, and internationally recognized artists. From large-scale sculptures and murals to Andy Warhol prints, digital installations, and striking pieces tucked throughout the resort, there is plenty to see beyond the restaurants and casino.
