The costumes are fun, funky, sexy and so real. Ok, well maybe not the candy-themed costumes but hell, their Sammy Davis Jr. sure had us pining for an autograph. By the time Crown Sydney was finally completed, regulators refused to grant the casino license needed to operate the gaming floor. The tower opened as a luxury hotel while the casino remained closed, billions were wiped from James Packer’s fortune, and the company eventually had to be sold.
