I visited South Point Casino just before lunch on a Monday, and the place kept getting busier. By noon, a line had formed outside the Garden Buffet.

Lunch is reasonably priced, players-club members receive a discount, and once people are inside, they naturally explore the casino, play the machines and spend more time on the property.

Hey, Strip executives—here’s a revolutionary concept: offer affordable food, get people through the doors and let the casino floor do the rest.
