An Old Fashioned, some red lipstick and a black dress…sigh, there’s just something undeniable about a good ol’ classic. Michael Mina at Bellagio has unveiled its limited-time High Summer Tasting Menu—a meticulously curated 10-course prix fixe experience inspired by the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean and the very best of the season.
