If you’re going to splurge on dinner in Las Vegas, make it worth it. ????????

There are A LOT of restaurants in Las Vegas, but High Steaks at Rio Las Vegas completely surprised me with how good the food was.

The steakhouse classics delivered, but the dish I’m still thinking about? The Butcher’s Bolognese. ????

Yes… Bolognese at a steakhouse.

It was so ridiculously good that I packed the leftovers and literally flew home with them. ???? And somehow, it was STILL amazing the next morning.

The prime rib was excellent, the crab cakes were packed with real crab, and the elk chop was a delicious option if you want to try something a little different.

Add in gorgeous Las Vegas Strip views, great martinis, an impressive wine list, and Chef James Trees behind the menu, and this is definitely a Las Vegas restaurant worth adding to your dining itinerary.
