An Old Fashioned, some red lipstick and a black dress…sigh, there’s just something undeniable about a good ol’ classic. The beloved Vegas showgirl may be an endangered species these days (insert tear), but “VEGAS! THE SHOW” preserved those feather-clad beauties and the likes of an era when everything was flashier and dripping with sophistication. What’s that you ask? Can a show filled with gorgeous and talented women a la Rat Pack era really exist in the here and now? Oh yes my friend, it sure can and all we have to say is raise that curtain and let the good times roll. With a little song, a lot of dance and that certain sultry allure that only old timey Vegas could pull off, this is a trip down memory lane and, well, it’s pretty legit. The costumes are fun, funky, sexy and so real. Ok, well maybe not the candy-themed costumes but hell, their Sammy Davis Jr. sure had us pining for an autograph. For a city that was built on pure, raw talent and obviously dolla dolla bills, this show celebrates iconic moments from the city's rich entertainment history through the decades that made the Vegas we know and love today. And we’ll tip our top hats to that.

This is my Mirage to Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas construction update taken on Monday, June 15, 2026. The video starts along Las Vegas Blvd around 6:15am. I wanted to try out my new camera that I just got a couple of days earlier. It is an Insta360 Luna Ultra. This camera is like my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 that I can put up over the wall. This new camera has a better zoom and much easier controls than my Pocket 3. It has great picture and sound quality. I still have to learn and fine tune some of the controls. We can see that the Guitar tower glass is just about finished on both sides. The north facing side will need to have the rest of its glass installed once the tower cranes and construction elevator is removed. The south facing side only has the top floor and horns left to install. The lower building along Las Vegas Blvd is really moving fast. We can see crews are installing forms and rebar on the top of this new section. Could this be the forms for one of the pools getting installed on the roof? I make my way to the top of the Treasure Island parking deck to check out the north facing side of the old Mirage tower. We can see crews were installing more of the blue glass. I'm thing crews are already remodeling the room on these enclosed lower rooms.
