Stacks & Yolks is a favorite restaurant among Las Vegas locals. Bahador Emamzadeh (aka: Baha) has been the owner since he opened the restaurant back in 2009. As a small business owner, Baha shares with us some of the struggles of opening a restaurant, but also some of the aspects that he enjoys the most.

Stacks & Yolks is located at 7150 S. Durango Dr. in Las Vegas at the intersection of Warm Springs Road. In this interview Baha give us some background into growing up in Las Vegas in a family that owned and operated a restaurant in Las Vegas since 1991, and how those experiences were able to help him as he embarked on a journey of opening his own restaurant. Baha has never been afraid to experiment with adding different items to the menu. He often creates items for the menu, but also takes suggestions from customers that he thinks people will like. Stacks & Yolks serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to its customers 7 days a week.

Today Stacks & Yolks is one of the more popular restaurants in Las Vegas for locals to visit. You can regularly see Baha on the Fox5 morning show. Stacks & Yolks has also been recognized by "Best of Las Vegas" by the Las Vegas Review Journal for the quality of service and food the restaurant provides. More recognition has come in the form of a Certificate of Appreciation from Las Vegas Metro Police Department, a Customer Service Excellence Award from the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce, and recognition from the Las Vegas Convention & Visitor's Authority.
