Holsteins was easily the most affordable restaurant inside Cosmopolitan Resort Hotel Las Vegas and they closed it abruptly to make room for a new, fancier, more expensive restaurant concept. The good news is, you can still enjoy their delicious burgers and crazy milk shakes because they just opened a brand new location in the Arts District, not far from Downtown. This family friendly, budget friendly locally owned spot has the same menu & chef, and even lower prices. Add them to your list for lunch or dinner. #vegas #lasvegas #vegasstarfish #vegaslocal #travel
