This is The Oyster Bar inside Palace Station, just a few minutes from the Strip and there’s a reason locals swear by it.

It’s open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but there’s one catch: they don’t take reservations. It’s first come, first served, and the tiny counter only has around 18 seats, so lines can get seriously long.

The thing you HAVE to try? The pan roast a creamy, tomato based seafood stew served over rice, and easily one of the restaurant’s most famous dishes.

Pro tip: If you want to avoid the worst crowds, try going during off-peak hours. And yes… people really do wait hours for this. ????
