Piero’s Italian Cuisine is a long time staple in Las Vegas, dating back to the restaurant being featured in the movie Casino. In the last decade or so mismanagement has lead to mixed experiences. The team behind PinkBox and Bagelmania are now in charge of operations & they have a plan to preserve the history & classic Vegas vibes. My first visit in years was delicious, the service was excellent & I look forward to seeing what comes next.
