I stopped into local small business in Las Vegas the other day called "Strip N Dip." It's a mom and pop casual place to eat that mostly serves chicken strips. They have fried, baked, and grilled chicken strips available. They also serve nachos and hot dogs, but the chicken is certainly where they choose to specialize.

I order half a dozen grilled chicken strips with a few different types of sauce to go with them. The chicken was good, the sauces were good and the vegetables were good. Strip N Dip is a good little place to check out if you get a chance.
