Las Vegas Brunch Bunch Slays the Gray at Maroon Caribbean Steakhouse | Full Experience | 07/26/2026

Come along with me for the full Las Vegas Brunch Bunch experience at Maroon, the newly opened restaurant at SAHARA Las Vegas, on Sunday, July 26, 2026.

Hosted and beautifully orchestrated by Las Vegas Brunch Bunch Admin Casshyna “Cassh” Banks, the theme was **Slay the Gray**—and the ladies absolutely understood the assignment. We arrived in fabulous shades of gray and silver for an evening filled with style, laughter, sisterhood, and delicious food.

We also celebrated the birthdays of Kiosha, founder and leader of Las Vegas Brunch Bunch, and Nicholas Johnston, son of LVBB Admin and event planner Carol Johnston.

Our table chose Maroon’s tasting menu, which gave us the opportunity to sample an incredible selection of dishes, including cocoa bread, meat patties, oxtail fried rice, jerk chicken, ribeye steak, mac and cheese, crawfish mashed potatoes, crab cakes, collard greens, key lime pie, and crème brûlée. The tasting menu is definitely an investment, but it offered a generous amount of food and the chance to experience many of Maroon’s signature flavors.

Some of my personal favorites were the oxtail fried rice, jerk chicken, cocoa bread, crawfish mashed potatoes, key lime pie, and crème brûlée. Even the key lime pie surprised me—and baby, it was delicious.
