You guys are going to get to come to a nice Las Vegas breakfast with me today! In this video I go the Omelet House of West Charleston Boulevard and Rancho Drive in Las Vegas. Someone took me here in the past, and I absolutely loved it! The Omelet House has been open since 1978. It truly is a "Mom and Pop" small business and is an awesome Las Vegas breakfast spot!

My diet is really strict right now, and I had been planning this venture to the Omelet House as a cheat meal for some time. I ordered the "38 Special" Omelet-it is a big omelet packed with ham, bacon, sausage, cheddar cheese and jack cheese! The Omelet came with a nice side of potato skins. I also ordered blueberry stuffed french toast. Even before I got to eating all of this food the first thing that was brought out to me was the pumpkin nut bread.

When you eat at the Omelet House you will know why it is such a popular Las Vegas breakfast spot for locals and tourists alike. The pumpkin nut bread is a great way to get the meal started. The omelet was hearty and absolutely delicious, especially with a little cholula sauce on it! The blueberry stuffed french toast had amazing flavor! Part of it may be the fact that I don't eat a lot of sugar, but the flavor was great, even without adding any syrup.

I managed to eat everything that I ordered. I don't think the waitress thought I could eat all of the food when I ordering! I must admit that when it was brought to the table I wasn't sure if I could eat it all either. However, I was seriously hungry! I'm so glad I chose to go to the Omelet House. It was worth every penny. As far a Las Vegas breakfast places go, Omelet House has truly earned its popularity with great home cooking!
