I was invited by Sahara Las Vegas to revisit Balla Italian Soul. The new menu is wonderful and the service is unparalleled. Vegas has a lot of tasting menus but this was the first time I’ve had the chef inquire about any strong likes or dislikes we had and build the tasting menu around those notes. It was a really special dinner experience with delicious food that we thoroughly enjoyed.
