Here is a question for those of you planning on moving to Las Vegas, North Las Vegas or Henderson will want to hear from locals in Southern Nevada. Clark County is a rapidly growing area. There are a lot of people who move to Las Vegas from California as well as many retirees from the Midwest and East Coast. The amount of people moving here from other U.S. states and from foreign countries is what keeps pushing the Vegas Valley's population upward, forcing the area to continue to build to handle the growth. There are concerns that homes are built smaller, than traffic is getting worse and that the overall quality of life is taking a hit because of so many new people moving to the area. In this video I give my opinion on the growing population in Las Vegas, and whether or not I think the area is too crowded now.
