Las Vegas BBQ fans had a lot to say after last year’s ranking, so this year we went back out and put another set of BBQ spots to a head-to-head test.

We tried brisket, ribs, hot links, sides, sauces, and a few over-the-top BBQ dishes to see who really belongs at the top in 2026.

This is not about hype.
It is not about popularity.
It is about the food.
