Highly anticipated restaurant openings in Las Vegas run the gamut.

On the one hand, Kwame Onwuachi of New York City and Washington, D.C., one of the most celebrated American chefs of the current generation, opened his Maroon Caribbean steakhouse in late April in the Sahara Las Vegas. On the other hand, pastrami pandemonium ensued when The Hat sandwich shop launched in early May after a seven-year wait.

Now, the In-N-Out Burger at the BLVD complex on the Strip has announced its debut Tuesday, apparently ahead of schedule. In a statement for Neon in late April, Denny Warnick, chief operating officer for the company, said no confirmed opening date had been set, but “we anticipate opening later this summer.”

Word of the arrival of In-N-Out, encompassing about 8,000 interior square feet and a 2,500-square-foot terrace, emerged in October 2024, and online mania and speculation quickly followed. The restaurant, at 3747 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Suite 3-150, is reportedly the second largest in the In-N-Out family in terms of seating area after the location in Barstow, California. The Linq also houses an In-N-Out store on the Strip.

The new restaurant seats 170 indoors and 50 outdoors. All In-N-Out Burgers open daily at 10:30 a.m.
