An Old Fashioned, some red lipstick and a black dress…sigh, there’s just something undeniable about a good ol’ classic. The beloved Vegas showgirl may be an endangered species these days (insert tear), but “VEGAS! THE SHOW” preserved those feather-clad beauties and the likes of an era when everything was flashier and dripping with sophistication. What’s that you ask? Can a show filled with gorgeous and talented women a la Rat Pack era really exist in the here and now? Oh yes my friend, it sure can and all we have to say is raise that curtain and let the good times roll. With a little song, a lot of dance and that certain sultry allure that only old timey Vegas could pull off, this is a trip down memory lane and, well, it’s pretty legit. The costumes are fun, funky, sexy and so real. Ok, well maybe not the candy-themed costumes but hell, their Sammy Davis Jr. sure had us pining for an autograph. For a city that was built on pure, raw talent and obviously dolla dolla bills, this show celebrates iconic moments from the city's rich entertainment history through the decades that made the Vegas we know and love today. And we’ll tip our top hats to that.

Luxurious Miami-meets-Vegas glam with high ceilings, bowtie motifs, and a polished party energy—especially on weekend nights when the crowd from LIV Nightclub spills onto the floor.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas (opened late 2023 on the north Strip) has a distinct look and feel compared to classic low-ceiling, neon-heavy casinos. The roughly 150,000-square-foot gaming floor features soaring ~42-foot ceilings, sweeping curves, blue/cream/gold tones, abundant bowtie design details (from carpet patterns to the massive central chandelier of crystal bowties over Bleau Bar), art installations, and a brighter, more open, elegant atmosphere with Miami Art Deco echoes. It feels spacious, sophisticated, and Instagram-ready rather than dark and maze-like.

The overall daytime/early evening vibe is upscale and curated—high-end but playful and modern, with busy tables and slots, stylish bars (Bleau Bar as the centerpiece, plus others like Azul, Nowhere, The Tavern), and a sense of polished luxury. It can feel livelier or quieter depending on conventions, weekends, and events.

At night, especially Fridays–Sundays, the energy ramps up around LIV Nightclub (and previously connected LIV Beach dayclub). LIV draws big EDM/hip-hop DJs, VIP bottle service, elevated production, and a younger, fashionable crowd. Groups move between the club, nearby restaurants/lounges in the entertainment district, and the casino floor. Reviews and visitor accounts note busy periods with 20-somethings and stylish people circulating; some nights lean heavily toward an attractive, dressed-up female presence as people come and go from the club.

Young women in glitter skirts, sparkly minis, metallic or sequined pieces, bodycon looks, heels, and nightlife glam fit right into the scene. LIV’s dress code favors trendy/upscale club attire (cocktail dresses, stylish separates, elevated looks—overly casual or athletic gear is out). The combination creates a high-energy, see-and-be-seen, celebratory atmosphere: flashing lights reflecting off sequins and metallics under the big chandelier and high ceilings, the hum of slots and tables mixed with club bass leaking out, groups laughing and posing, bottle service energy, and that classic Vegas mix of gambling, flirting, and late-night partying against a backdrop of modern luxury rather than old-school dinginess.

It’s less “smoke-filled dive” and more “expensive, photogenic South Beach-style night out transplanted to the Strip”—glamorous, energetic, and image-conscious when the club is in full swing. Weeknights or off-peak times dial it down to a more refined, quieter luxury casino experience.
