• Dim Sum on the Strip: We tried Washing Potato at Fontainebleau for the first time! If you love authentic noodle perfection and intricate dim sum served in a whimsical, abstract modern dining room, this spot needs to be on your radar.
• Interstellar Arc at AREA15: There is a brand-new virtual reality attraction getting absolute rave reviews. • Bellagio Conservatory’s Summer Display: The stunning Botanical Gardens have been transformed into a tropical jungle paradise titled "Paradise: Nature’s Most Beautiful Creations" (open through September 12th). Over 20,000 plants are on display, including massive floral tigers in the North Bed adorned with 8,500 real goose feathers! 
• New Luxury Cocktail Experience: For the first time ever, the Conservatory has introduced The Watering Hole in the South Bed—an exclusive, nightly three-course curated cocktail and small-plates experience. 
• Celebrity News (With a Vegas Twist!): We attended the Silver State Awards, where the legendary Debbie Gibson was honored as an Entertainment Icon. We also ran into the fabulous Pia Zadora!
• A Surprise Win: Speaking of the Silver State Awards... we actually won an award! The funny part? We didn't even know we were nominated. We break down the hilarious and exciting moment on the show.
