This is Ocean One and it is the cheapest good lunch for tourists on a budget. They have a daily special from 11 am to 5 pm with all entrees, including steak, seafood, burgers and tacos for less than $6 and all drinks 3 for $12. Their breakfast is fast and affordable too.
