Episode Description
Happy 4th from Las Vegas. Station Casinos just turned 50, so we look back at the company that shaped local Vegas from Bingo Palace to Durango, plus a new logo that leans into its roots. We dig into an incredible 1982 panoramic photo of the Strip and make the case for bringing back classic names like the Mirage, Stardust, and Dunes, share a hilarious Vegas Field Trips skit, and cover rumors that gaming could return to the newly sold Gold Spike. On the food and property side, Emeril's new restaurant Meril opens at The M on July 16th, we hit off Strip World Cup specials at The M and Sunset Station, review Esther's Kitchen pizza and Cinnaholic, and break down the new Caesars digital key at Vanderpump a Villa, which did not exactly go smoothly. Finally, this weekend is shaping up to be the biggest July 4th in Vegas history with countless fireworks shows across the valley. Let us know in the comments where you are celebrating the 250th.
