Two diners died eating the Quadruple Bypass Burger.

The Heart Attack Grill doesn't hide what it does. Owner Jon Basso dressed servers as nurses, named dishes the Quadruple Bypass Burger and Flatliner Fries, and weighed customers at the door. Anyone over 350 pounds ate free. The tagline was 'Taste Worth Dying For.' Then two unofficial spokesmen died of actual heart attacks. Blair River, age 29, collapsed in 2011. John Alleman, the restaurant's biggest promoter, died waiting for a bus outside in 2013. Basso kept the doors open. The line got longer. He calls it 'nutritional pornography' and dares you to prove him wrong.
