72 Hours in Las Vegas With Friends! (Best Vegas Hotel Room & Our First Time At The Sphere)

We're headed to Las Vegas to celebrate Miguel's birthday with some of our favorite people! This trip had a little bit of everything - new hotels, new rides, a jackpot (or two ????), and our first time at The Sphere.

We kick things off by checking into New York New York for the first time and showing you our room overlooking the roller coaster, then try our luck on some new slot machines… and we might have won!

The next day we're joined by our friends MigV and Jannell from @Magic_Journeys and David and Liz from @FreshBakedDisney for some proper touristy fun, starting with the brand-new theme at the Bellagio Conservatory. Then we finally check into our room at the Paris — which just might be the coolest Vegas hotel room we've ever had, with a view of both the Bellagio Fountains AND the Eiffel Tower — before cooling off in the pool.

Day three is a big one: breakfast at Dominique Ansel (hello DKA and croque monsieur), the Adventuredome at Circus Circus where we ride SpongeBob's Crazy Carnival Ride and inexplicably all buy viral squishy toys, a classic lunch at the Peppermill, and a stop at Area 15 where — very on brand for us — we show up too late to do much, so we settle for the world's worst cocktail and make all our friends suffer through it too (thanks for being a good sport, Aaron from Ghost Adventures). We cap the night with Miguel's birthday dinner at Canaletto Ristorante Veneto in the Venetian and the Bellagio Fountains from our room.

We extended the trip an extra day, which meant switching over to the MGM Grand for a quick renovated-room tour, and the main event - The Wizard of Oz at The Sphere. It's unlike anything we've ever experienced… and we're still not totally sure how we feel about it.
