One MICHELIN star Restaurant Guy Savoy in Las Vegas does dinner on another level. Their Symphony tasting menu lists 14 different rounds of food but counting breads, cheeses and mignardises (little desserts) I was served over 40 different things. Impeccable service, lots of table side action, 5+ hours of eating. Epic meal. This is the first hour.
