Today's video is discussing a small town outside of Las Vegas called Indian Springs. This community has numerous new affordable homes being built because some potential home buyers are having trouble finding a home in Las Vegas, Henderson or North Las Vegas that is within their price range. The median home price in Las Vegas has been over $300,000 for quite some time. Since some people cannot afford a home that is priced at $350,000, they instead look outside of Las Vegas for houses that are in the 240s-280s.

The home in the video is a 4 Bed/2 Bath that is 1,850 square feet with a 2 car garage. Many of the residents in the neighborhood are families with small children buying a home for the first time, retirees and members of the military. There is also a special rural housing loan program available in Indian Springs that is even better than a first time buyer program. This rural home loan program is available in other small towns near Las Vegas like Mesquite, Pahrump, Boulder City, Moapa and Bunkerville.
